RETURNS

 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, simply email info@pinkgolddesign.com and include your order number and request to return your item.

Your original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Pink Gold Design will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns - Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns - Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns - Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Pink Gold Design will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods that we send back to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pinkgolddesign.com and send your item to:

APPAREL

Apparel cannot be returned unfortunately. 

We only replace items if they fall under the following circumstances:
- Damaged goods from shipping
- Misprinted Goods
- Defective Goods

If your item does fall under one of these reasons we will reimburse your shipping costs when your item is received and processed. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process any qualifying item. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer. You have 15 days to return your item.

Please carefully consult the garment sizing chart for each item to avoid incorrect sizing issues. However, if you are still unsure please contact us at info@pinkgolddesign.com.

Please Note: Customer pays return shipping unless it falls under the damaged goods / misprinted circumstances. USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at info@pinkgolddesign.com


GIFT / GIFT CARDS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


OTHER NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Health and personal care items

- Seasonal items

- Books with signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
